In Short

  • Pipeline management: You take over qualified leads from BDR/Marketing and guide them independently through the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to closing.
  • Outreach: Identify your own sales opportunities in the market and work on them proactively.
  • Existing customer management: Responsible for looking after assigned existing customers and continuously developing them.
  • Consultative Selling: Guide our customers through our offering, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions.
  • Close collaboration with the founding team: Develop the transition from Founder Sales to a structured sales team.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams.
  • Market intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends and competitive activity.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-stack sales: At least 2 years in a closing role in a tech environment.
  • Results orientated mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong network: Good contacts in the Swiss tech sector or motivation to build this network.
  • Start-up affinity: Comfortable in an environment needing quick decisions.
  • Technical understanding: Good understanding of IaaS/PaaS.
  • A feel for processes: Ideas on optimising sales and marketing processes.
  • Ambition and grit: Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to move things forward independently.
  • German and English: Communicate fluently in both languages.
