Overview

Arista Networks is seeking an Account Manager to join their Sales organization, where you will utilize a consultative sales approach to cultivate client relationships for enterprise named accounts and develop new business in the Nordic market.

In Short

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals.
  • Build pipeline by developing relationships with prospects, partners, and customers.
  • Manage and grow customer relationships and revenue.
  • Prospect and develop new potential customers via telephone.
  • Participate in marketing program planning and execution.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activity with Arista headquarters.
  • Take initiative in training and certification on Arista products.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Set priorities and schedules to meet established goals.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ sales experience in the high tech market or presales engineering background.
  • Located in Sweden.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian.
  • History of consistent sales achievement.
  • Track record of developing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Core knowledge of networking solutions and enterprise environments.
  • Success with CXO and multi-level selling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
