Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for providing daily support to Strategic Account Executives in managing client service functions and maintaining smaller accounts.

In Short

  • Support implementation processes for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve client issues.
  • Attend and coordinate meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Validate testing results of benefit configurations.
  • Review claims post-implementation for accuracy.
  • Maintain internal documentation and systems for clients.
  • Assist with various internal projects and process improvements.
  • Support RFP processes for onboarding new clients.
  • Manage multiple lower maintenance accounts.
  • Limited travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
  • Experience in account management or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
