Overview

The Financial Benefits Analyst supports all aspects of financial analysis related to clients’ benefit programs, working collaboratively with the financial support team to provide insights and solutions.

In Short

• Supports financial analysis of clients' benefit programs.
• Collaborates with Account Managers and Sales Team.
• Identifies risks in benefit plans through data analytics.
• Mines and cleans data from various sources.
• Creates documentation of analytics processes.
• Designs analysis tools and analytic models.
• Provides oversight and training for future data analysts.
• Drafts reports and client deliverables.
• Maintains organized information in the internal database.
• Assists with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Knowledge of group insurance products strongly preferred.
• Experience with database applications is a plus.
