Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting detailed quality reviews of ancillary insurance marketing presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of deliverables provided to brokers and supporting continuous improvement across the Benefit and Marketing Analyst teams.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Training or coursework in insurance, finance, or business is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes beneficial.
