Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • High-performance mentality with a track record of overachievement.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proven track record in value-based customer-centric conversations.
  • Ability to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Organized, rigorous, and adaptable to evolving processes.
  • Strong aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships.
  • Comfort with presenting to senior-level executives.
  • Technologically savvy with a quick learning ability.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
