In Short

• Bridge customer success through secure, scalable architectures.
• Drive internal DevOps practices forward.
• Collaborate with Engineering, ProductOps, DevSecOps, Sales, and ITOps.
• Design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized infrastructures.
• Act as a technical advisor during workshops and RFPs.
• Lead the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Drive platform scalability and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or Solution Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (OpenStack, AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and collaboration ability.
• Fluent in English and good German skills.
• Located in Switzerland (mandatory).
