The DevOps Solutions Architect at R3 will design, implement, and maintain customer DevOps infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency while collaborating with various teams to enhance software delivery processes.

In Short

Design and maintain scalable DevOps infrastructure.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
Utilize tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
Collaborate with internal and customer teams.
Ensure security best practices in DevOps processes.
Provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers.
Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
Deliver deployment strategy workshops for customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
Drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience as a DevOps Architect.
Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with monitoring systems like DataDog and Prometheus.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience in regulated industries is desirable.
Understanding of DLT/Blockchain technologies is a plus.
Willingness to learn and solve complex problems.
