Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

Humata Health is seeking a strategic, technically adept Solutions Architect to lead technical alignment during the sales process by leveraging deep product knowledge and implementation insight to match our solution to client needs.

• Deeply understand our platform's capabilities, workflows, and value proposition.
• Understand the underlying infrastructure, architecture, data flow, and integration points.
• Assess technical resource requirements and outline implementation pathways.
• Lead strategy and technical conversations related to payer connectivity.
• Represent the company with professionalism in high-stakes meetings.
• Partner closely with the sales team to advance deals and address technical objections.
• Identify technical or process-related risks early in the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare technology or software engineering.
• 5+ years of healthcare operations or consulting experience.
• Deep expertise with EDI X12 standards.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare IT systems like EMRs.
• Experience with healthcare prior authorization workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
