Solutions Architect Lead - Remote

In Short

• Proactively identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with application teams.
• Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
• Work with the Product team to incorporate feedback into our roadmap.
• Improve tooling and assist in creating tutorials and demos.
• Represent Offchain Labs at developer events and conferences.

Requirements

• Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Experience leading teams in development and experimentation.
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
• Competent Computer Science fundamentals or previous development experience.
• Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang.
• Experience writing and deploying smart contracts in EVM environments.
