Overview

We are seeking a versatile and strategic Lead Data & Solutions Architect to join our growing technology team. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT, uncovering opportunities for process improvement, data integration, and technical innovation. You will wear multiple hats – business analyst, data architect, and solution designer – while building strong relationships across the organization and driving impactful change.

In Short

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes and opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and refine requirements.
  • Design and document scalable, compliant technical solutions.
  • Oversee implementation of custom software or COTS systems.
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation through sunset.
  • Explore innovative use cases for AI tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Provide mentorship to a small team of engineers or analysts.
  • Knowledge of life sciences and regulatory frameworks is desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT, data, or business systems roles.
  • 3+ years in cross-functional roles involving stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership potential or prior experience managing teams.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and integration design.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in business process analysis and solution design.
  • Exposure to AI tools is a strong plus.
