Overview

We are hiring an Employee Experience Manager to strengthen our global People Operations function with dedicated expertise in events, workplace experience, and operational execution.

In Short

• Lead planning and delivery of internal company events and team gatherings.
• Manage swag operations for internal employee needs and external events.
• Coordinate and improve employee benefits programs.
• Design initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and control budgets.
• Build scalable workflows and lead the Operations team.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• 4+ years in operations or event management with team leadership experience.
• Ability to run multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience managing internal events with attention to detail.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactively identify opportunities and improve processes.
