Overview

The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for enhancing the employee journey through effective onboarding, engagement programs, and cultural initiatives, ensuring a thriving workplace that values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or Employee Experience roles.
  • Ability to design scalable, people-focused programs.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting employee data.
  • Proven collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
