Overview

The Lead - Customer Engagement is responsible for coordinating with customer and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of SaaS products, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering quality results.

In Short

  • Act as the primary contact for customers during software implementation.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Professional Services as a project manager.
  • Formal project management training or PMP certification.
  • Proficient in SaaS project implementation.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve time-critical problems.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of managing multiple customer engagements.
