Overview

The Business Development Representative at Freshworks is responsible for using an intent-based approach to target and qualify prospects, conducting outreach through various channels, and creating opportunities for the sales team.

  • Record all interactions in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quota targets.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in researching and qualifying accounts.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection handling abilities.
  • Experience facilitating qualifying conversations with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
