Overview

As a Support Engineer at Freshpaint, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our HIPAA-compliant analytics tools.

In Short

  • Own the resolution of assigned customer issues from end to end.
  • Research and resolve diverse technical customer issues.
  • Work with Go, TypeScript, and SQL to diagnose problems.
  • Ensure effective technical support that meets customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success teams.
  • Contribute to technical documentation for clarity.
  • Provide expert support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in product development.
  • Communicate customer issues clearly to technical teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a technical support or engineering role.
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing position.
  • Experience with modern programming languages like Go or JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in front and back end technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and research abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • High empathy and focus on customer experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Proactive in resolving issues and prioritizing tasks.
