Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading new business development and sales activities with the public sector in North America, managing existing accounts, and expanding the FreeBalance footprint in the Government Resource Planning (GRP) market.

In Short

  • Responsible for evaluating, pursuing, and closing potential business opportunities in the region.
  • Delivery of all sales presentations and preparation of proposals.
  • Full cycle sale responsibility.
  • Relationship management and recording activities into sales management system.
  • Nurture strategic client relationships to optimize sales.
  • Provide feedback to Sales VP on activities and progress.

Requirements

  • University degree in Public Finance, Economics, International Relations, Business or Commerce.
  • Fresh graduates or those seeking sales experience in IT software selling ERP solutions.
  • Willingness to learn about government financial management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant regional languages (French).
  • Ability to present solutions at a high level.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to interact with senior executives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout North America.
