Overview

The Regional Account Manager at Bumble Bee Foods is responsible for driving sales activities with assigned customers, particularly with ADUSA, through collaboration with various internal teams.

In Short

  • Lead category influential plans for optimal shelf merchandising.
  • Develop understanding of Shelf Stable Seafood/Protein.
  • Manage broker relationships for plan execution.
  • Implement diverse go-to market strategies for ADUSA’s brands.
  • Assist in volume forecasting and inventory deployment.
  • Resolve customer issues across departments.
  • Conduct post-promotional analysis with Trade Marketing.
  • Manage trade spend and minimize discrepancies.
  • Resolve customer deductions efficiently.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in business dealings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of CPG Sales or Category Management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze syndicated data for sales presentations.
  • Understanding of Trade Fund Management systems.
  • Experience with CAS (TFM), Cognos, and SAP is a plus.
  • Able to travel at least 25% of the time.
