Overview

The Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and managing assigned accounts to achieve and exceed new business development and sales/profit goals within the designated region.

In Short

  • Achieve and surpass sales and gross margin targets.
  • Contribute to NASL growth strategies.
  • Provide technical product and field service support.
  • Prepare detailed project quotes for management review.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
  • Conduct ongoing market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Represent NASL at trade shows and industry events.
  • Travel extensively (over 50%) for customer support.
  • Aid in building skills and experiences of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-15 years of experience in wholesale building materials sales.
  • Experience selling to OEM manufacturers.
  • Consultative sales approach.
  • Exceptional sales skills and relationship-building ability.
