Overview

The Client Partner role focuses on growing the Leader In Me program in the assigned region, primarily targeting K-12 education accounts. The position requires building relationships with school and district leaders to align FranklinCovey's solutions with their needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate and/or K-12 education sales.
• 3+ years of experience in education leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong consultative sales skills with lead generation capabilities.
• Experience with subscription-based sales models.
