Lead Analyst, Collections Operations - Remote

Overview

As Lead Analyst, ASD Operations, you will be responsible for analytics and reporting used to drive the success of our Account Servicing Department (ASD). You will investigate and implement opportunities for increased efficiency and growth, collaborating closely with department leadership and other functions including Technology, Marketing, and Analytics.

In Short

• Join weekly meetings and partner directly with ASD leaders.
• Review tier-level data and trends weekly for ASD leadership.
• Analyze and communicate larger performance trends to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive key initiatives.
• Ensure portfolios are balanced and manage case movements monthly.
• Support pilot programs from a testing and data perspective.
• Perform in-depth analysis to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
• Proficient with analytics/sales software like Salesforce and Tableau.
• Experience in evaluating problems and creating solutions.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
