Collections Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Collections Analyst is responsible for the collections of outstanding receivables, driving the reduction of DSO whilst enhancing cash flow through professional collections.

In Short

• Collection of accounts receivables as defined by standards and objectives.
• Perform general accounts receivable maintenance.
• Support cross-functional staff to resolve collection issues.
• Contribute to group goals as defined by management.
• Interaction with clients via telephone and email.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Entry Level.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
