In Short

• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and delayed payments.
• Act as a technical expert for customer payment queries.
• Provide in-depth collections and cash analysis.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Billing & Management teams.
• Create and implement new processes for collections strategies.
• Recommend process improvements or system integrations.
• Assist with new software implementation for cash improvements.
• Apply payments to customer accounts.
• Post adjustments to customer accounts.
• Manage invoice disputes in accounts receivable.

Requirements

• 2+ years Collection experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably SaaS.
• Business or accounting related degree or diploma.
• Fast learner & self-starter with problem-solving mentality.
• Experience with accounting software and cash modules.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivots).
• Able to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong work ethic and creative problem-solving.
• Able to work US core hours in a remote workspace.
