In Short

• Develop cutting edge signal processing algorithms to enhance the quality of every Dialpad call and meeting.
• Understand and improve our current voice enhancement system.
• Research, code, test, document and deploy production grade DSP modules in C/C++.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to integrate solutions into browsers, client and server applications and test tools.
• Drive the technical roadmap with the latest industry best practices and your own innovative ideas.
• Be at the forefront of Dialpad’s venture into real-time AI audio/video enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong grasp of signal processing fundamentals pertaining to digital audio.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques for audio enhancement.
• Experience coding and debugging in C/C++ and Python.
• Track record of delivering production-grade algorithms and implementations.
