Senior Analyst, Collections - Remote

Overview

Cint is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Collections and Credit Control team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our global client base across various regions in the effective management of our Credit Control Department.

In Short

• Chasing overdue accounts and invoices by telephone and email.
• Ensuring all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled.
• Dealing with customer invoice queries and liaising with staff members.
• Maintaining and updating account information.
• Account reconciliations.
• Meeting monthly cash collection targets.
• Providing client data upon request.
• Reporting problematic accounts to the Head of Collections.
• Maintaining effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• Supporting audit requests as required.

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years Credit Control experience.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot tables and V Lookups.
• Strong administration skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
