Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Cint seeks an experienced, SaaS product-savvy Product Designer to join our growing team. We seek a strong cross-functional candidate with creativity and strategic vision to help shape the customer experiences of our suite of products. This person will be an advocate for great design and will be responsible for the delivery and output of quality and timely design deliverables.

• Championing exceptional user experience solutions across the suite of Cint products.
• Conducting user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs.
• Ideating on strategic design solutions with team members and stakeholders.
• Creating high-quality design artifacts including user requirements and prototypes.
• Translating complex systems into tangible UI concepts.
• Documenting design thinking and findings effectively.
• Applying and contributing to a shared design system.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.
• Partnering with engineering teams to bring designs to market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• Expertise in modern design tools, specifically Figma.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Strong visual design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
