Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Cint seeks an experienced, SaaS product-savvy Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team. We seek a strong cross-functional candidate with creativity and strategic vision to help shape the customer experiences of our suite of products. This person will be an advocate for great design and will be responsible for the delivery and output of quality and timely design deliverables.

In Short

• Championing exceptional user experience solutions across the suite of Cint products.
• Conducting user testing and user interviews to discover unmet needs.
• Ideating on strategic design solutions with team members and stakeholders.
• Creating high-quality design artifacts, including user requirements and prototypes.
• Translating complex systems into simple UI concepts.
• Documenting design thinking and findings for product teams.
• Applying and contributing to a shared design system.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.
• Partnering with Engineering teams for user-centered design solutions.

Requirements

• Ability to think strategically and conceptually.
• Demonstrated visual design skills for solving complex user problems.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience design processes.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience testing prototypes and transforming designs into products.
• Passion for Product Design and knowledge of industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience in Product Design or UX design roles.
• Expertise in modern design and collaboration tools, especially Figma.
