In Short

• Join the Collections and Credit Control team as a Senior Analyst.
• Focus on timely collection of payments and optimizing cash flow.
• Support clients primarily in the Americas, with some assistance in EMEA and APAC.
• Chase overdue accounts via phone and email.
• Ensure unallocated payments are reconciled.
• Handle customer invoice queries efficiently.
• Maintain and update account information.
• Meet monthly cash collection targets.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Support audit requests as needed.

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years of Credit Control experience.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a busy environment.
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot tables and V Lookups.
• Strong administration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
