In Short

• Design and produce a wide variety of marketing assets, including pitch presentations, sales materials, HTML emails, social media content, infographics, signage, branded merchandise, and more.
• Ensure all creative output is visually compelling, on-brand, and delivered on time.
• Apply and evolve our Brand Guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teammates to define and uphold the visual direction of the Forward brand.
• Contribute to marketing strategy discussions to meet business objectives.
• Partner with our UX team to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Support internal brand education by guiding teams on best practices for using design assets effectively.

Requirements

• Advanced English fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of design experience across channels like email, social, web, print, and presentations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across formats and media.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and presentation software.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and design principles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator.
