Overview

As a Lead Operations Analyst at Brightspeed, you will be responsible for creating and supporting Mass Markets field operations, focusing on processes, standards, compliance testing, and test equipment support.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Equivalent and 10+ years related experience.
• Extensive experience with Office 365.
• Experience with Viavi HST 3000 or similar test meters.
• Experience with fiber and copper facilities in a telco environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
