The Field Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient implementation of field operations in Burkina Faso, aligning program activities with strategic plans and donor agreements.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in field operations or program management.
Experience in Mental Health, HIV, or Sexual Reproductive Health programming.
Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Capacity building focus with KPI achievement.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Based in Burkina Faso.
