Overview

The Field Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient implementation of field operations in Burkina Faso, aligning program activities with strategic plans and donor agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field operations or program management.
• Experience in Mental Health, HIV, or Sexual Reproductive Health programming.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Capacity building focus with KPI achievement.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Based in Burkina Faso.
