Overview

Forward Financing is a Boston-based financial technology company on a mission to unlock the capital that fuels small businesses across America. We are hiring our first dedicated Treasury resource to design and lead the treasury function, manage our structured financing operations, and ensure disciplined, scalable cash and liquidity management across the business.

• Design and lead the treasury function.

• Build processes and systems for treasury operations.
• Collaborate with various teams for deal execution.
• Implement scalable treasury systems and controls.
• Develop dashboards for cash flow visibility.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO.
• Support audits and investor due diligence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of treasury or structured finance experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse facilities and securitizations.
• Experience with revenue-based financing (RBF) products.
• Advanced modeling and Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
