Overview

The Treasurer at Better will manage cash operations, optimize liquidity, and ensure regulatory compliance within the treasury function while collaborating across global teams.

In Short

• Lead and mentor treasury teams in the US, UK, and India.
• Develop and execute liquidity strategies.
• Primary contact with banks for cash management services.
• Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory covenants.
• Build systems to optimize treasury efficiency.
• Reconcile external and intercompany receivables.
• Manage mortgage transaction fundings.
• Develop reporting capabilities for liquidity forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a mortgage industry treasury leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CTP/MBA preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of financial products.
• Strong skills with Kyriba, Coupa, Netsuite.
• Collaborative communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and coaching.
