In Short

• Lead complex, high-priority business initiatives from concept to completion.
• Partner with executive leadership to define project goals and align business requirements.
• Build comprehensive project charters and roadmaps.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each project.
• Manage relationships with external consultants or service providers.
• Proactively identify risks to project health and develop contingency plans.
• Design communication plans and training strategies for change management.
• Ensure results drive the company’s bottom line.
• Demonstrate strong executive presence and influence without authority.
• Manage non-technical projects with a proven track record.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of Project Management experience.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures.
• Expert communicator with leadership presence.
• Deep understanding of project frameworks (Agile, Lean, Waterfall).
• Advanced proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Ability to earn the trust and respect of senior business leaders.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate or startup environment.
• Proven track record of managing non-technical projects.
