Better Life Partners is seeking a Medical Provider to offer whole-person care to individuals struggling with addiction, utilizing both virtual and in-person counseling to support their recovery journey.

Requirements

  • Active NP or PA license in Vermont and New Hampshire.
  • Experience in addiction medicine or urgent care.
  • Active DEA registration in licensed states.
  • Ability to manage mental health conditions.
  • Experience with electronic health records and telemedicine.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to care delivery.
