Better Life Partners is seeking a dedicated Medical Provider to offer substance use care to individuals struggling with addiction, combining both telehealth and in-person services.

In Short

• Provide medical evaluations and treatment for substance use disorders.
• Diagnose and treat medical and mental health complaints.

Requirements

• Vermont License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active DEA in states of licensure.
• Experience in addiction medicine or urgent care.
• Compassion for communities suffering from addiction.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Experience with electronic health records and telemedicine.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Flexible and proactive approach to care delivery.
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts is a plus.
