Overview

The Treasurer will oversee the company’s cash management, liquidity planning, capital structure, and risk/claims management functions, ensuring financial stability and growth.

• Oversee daily cash management operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in treasury functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Expertise in liquidity planning and debt financing.
• Strong experience in banking relationship management.
• Deep understanding of capital structure strategy.
• Proven track record in treasury controls and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience overseeing credit and collections functions.
