• Lead the Closing scrum team at Forward Financing.
• Ensure uptime of business-critical services.
• Deliver strategic projects effectively.
• Conduct code reviews and provide team feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Agile software development.
• 2+ years of experience managing a full-stack engineering team.
• Experience with API-driven backends and SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Track record of delivering projects on time.
• Experience with data and application security requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
