Retail Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

The Retail Sales Representative will play a key role within our sales department to provide exceptional service and support to retail customers in the Jacksonville, FL territory, which includes approximately 95 retail stores.

In Short

• Grow top-line sales within assigned territory.
• Develop and execute impactful sales training programs.
• Build relationships with key store sales associates and management.
• Ensure stores are set with appropriate displays and pricing.
• Manage travel and expense budget while meeting sales goals.
• Work cross-functionally to implement sales messaging.
• Recommend changes to sales training and product offerings.
• Facilitate claim inspections with customer service.
• Drive Pro Business by developing relationships with Retail Pro Associates.
• Ensure merchandising standards are met on each visit.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in the millwork or building materials industry is a plus.
