In Short

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Forecast and deliver annual and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Engage in partnerships with top accounts and conduct business reviews.
  • Create new dealer locations and find incremental distribution.
  • Manage your own time and territory effectively.
  • Deliver best-in-class service and execute merchandising priorities.
  • Communicate through CRM and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and regional events.
  • Travel throughout territory to visit retailers.
  • Bring energy to interactions with DECKED retailers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of territory sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good driving record and current license.
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Salesforce.
