Overview

As a Lead Product Engineer at DECKED, you will oversee product development from concept to production, ensuring technical excellence, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness while leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in product design and engineering.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIA.
• Strong background in FEA and mechanical simulations.
• Extensive experience with DFMEA and DVP&R.
• Deep understanding of injection molding and plastic manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of thermoplastics and composites.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
