In Short

• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Forecast and deliver annual and quarterly revenue goals.
• Engage in meaningful partnerships with top accounts.
• Create more DECKED Expert Dealers locations.
• Manage your own time and take ownership of your region.
• Deliver best-in-class service and execute merchandising priorities.
• Work closely with the Director of Retail Sales.
• Collaborate with other Sales Team members.
• Prepare and manage territory budgets.
• Communicate through CRM about market factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of in territory sales rep experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good driving record and current license.
• Experience with MS office products, Google stuff, ZOOM, Slack and Salesforce.
