Overview

The Luxury Customer and Consumer Service Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of remote customer and consumer service associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or coaching.
  • Experience in a remote customer service setting is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
  • Flexibility with work hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel for team meetings or training sessions.
