Overview

As a Commercial Customer Service Trainee, you will engage with members to handle customer service inquiries via telephone, providing top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
  • Must meet performance expectations if a current employee.
