Overview

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the “Voice of Moen,” providing world-class service to consumers with product, installation, or warranty questions. This role includes extensive training to prepare for assisting customers effectively.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service; call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills, including navigating multiple systems.
  • Must meet internet speed requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a low mobility, high observation environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Bi-lingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be available for training starting October 6, 2025.
