Overview

The Customer Service Representative for TrueSource is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to Customers, ensuring outstanding customer relations and adherence to deadlines.

• Provide professional customer service phone support.
• Review and respond to assigned emails in a timely manner.
• Document calls and update work orders within internal systems.
• Schedule service calls with Affiliates and Customers.
• Ensure all jobs and Customer deadlines are met.

Requirements

• High School or GED diploma required.
• 1-3 years experience in customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology systems.
• Customer service orientation.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
