Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Germany to acquire new B2B customers and build long-term relationships.

In Short

  • Identify and acquire new business customers in the Cloud ERP sector for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Consult potential customers regarding our ERP solutions, conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Create tailored offers and contracts, negotiate prices and terms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to develop sales strategies.
  • Work with the Myfactory partner network for joint customer acquisition.
  • Regularly create sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress against sales goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions, ideally in the ERP sector, with proven success in customer acquisition.
  • Good understanding of the ERP market and the specific needs of business customers in the SME segment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented work with high self-motivation.
  • Ability to create win-win situations in negotiations.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Team-oriented work and enjoyment in collaborating with internal departments.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing customer and partner relationships.
