IoT-Consultant (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IoT Consultant to join our services team in a permanent full-time position, responsible for the implementation and support of IoT platforms on the shop floor.

In Short

• Lead the implementation and support of IoT platforms.
• Ensure technical functionality and integration with existing ERP systems.
• Plan and execute comprehensive software projects for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with international service hubs in India and Bulgaria.
• Provide practical solutions and concepts to clients.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams.
• Support sales in needs analysis and solution development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate project components including content, schedule, and effort.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality assurance.

Requirements

• Degree or training in business or information technology.
• Experience in managing IT, preferably ERP projects.
• Practical experience in the shop floor area and understanding of IoT platforms.
• 2-3 years of experience as a consultant or project manager in the ERP environment.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong customer orientation and structured, solution-oriented work style.
• Flexibility and proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Willingness to learn and develop proactively.
• Knowledge in production/manufacturing is a plus.
