Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities by conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will also contribute to market research, develop targeted sales strategies, and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • You will assist the team with B2B campaigns and events.
  • You will manage smaller follow-up campaigns independently.
  • You will work closely with other departments such as Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • You have experience in professional B2B telemarketing.
  • You are communicative, empathetic, and enjoy engaging with customers.
  • You think entrepreneurially and take responsibility for recognizing customer needs.
  • You have a good understanding of technology and CRM systems.
  • You are flexible, motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in French & Spanish is required.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are crucial.
