Senior Managed Infrastructure Services - Remote

Overview

In the Managed Infrastructure Services area, you will guide our clients from the setup of cloud infrastructure to successful go-live, coordinating internal processes and ensuring secure cloud integration.

In Short

• Technical support throughout the entire cloud lifecycle from contract initiation to go-live and beyond.
• Assistance in setting up the central infrastructure between client and Abas.
• Cloud setup, including AWS tenant configuration and security assurance.
• Internal coordination of onboarding tasks and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
• Leading and coordinating customer migration to the cloud.
• Managing, monitoring, and executing various processes and phases like upgrades, migrations, and network setups.
• Preparation and execution of go-live and post-support.

Requirements

• Training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification.
• At least 2-5 years of professional experience in the IT infrastructure environment.
• Technical understanding of Abas, such as data transfer or setting up printers.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented thinking and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Very good German and English language skills.
